The Parks Board functions are to research the City's existing parks and recreation programs, prepare an inventory of both private and public parks and recreation programs available to residents of the City of Hamilton and make a recommendation to the Planning Board and the City Council the short and long term parks and recreation needs for the City of Hamilton.
