The purpose of this commission is to examine all applicants for the police force (MCA 7-32-4154). The Commission also hears, tries, and decides all charges brought against a police officer (MCA 7-32-4155). This commission consists of three (3) residents who serve three year terms and who must be confirmed by the City Council.
