This Board's functions are to determine whether proposed conditional uses are appropriate and in the best interests of the public; to hear and decide the merits of variances from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance, except that requests for uses that constitute a change in zoning are the responsibility of the Zoning Commission and City Council; and to hear and resolve appeals of administrative actions in enforcing the Zoning Ordinance. Such appeals shall be initiated within thirty (30) days of the administrative action. |
