Section 1.12.020 Qualification of electors.
The procedure for determination of the qualifications of
those persons entitled to vote at all
general and special elections and for all officers that are now or hereafter may be elected by the
people and upon all questions which may be submitted to the vote of the people shall be as
prescribed by state law. (Prior code § 1.14.010)
