Section 1.28.010 General penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation convicted of a violation of any section or subsection of this code, which does not have a specific penalty therein, shall be fined in any sum not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the city jail for not less than one day nor more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment, unless otherwise provided by state law.
