Chapter 10.04 UNIFORM ACT REGULATING TRAFFIC ON HIGHWAYS


Section 10.04.020 Application of Act-- Exception.

    As of August 1, 1973, all traffic within the city will be governed and regulated by the provisions of the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways as so set forth in the Revised Codes of Montana; except that the speed limit within the city limits shall be twenty-five (25) miles per hour.
