Section 10.08.010 Regulations.

No person, except those hereafter expressly exempted under Section 10.08.020, shall drive any motor vehicle upon the public streets, avenues, alleys or highways within the corporate limits of the city unless such person has a valid Montana driver's license required by MCA 61-5-102. No person shall drive a motor vehicle as a chauffeur upon the streets, avenues, alleys or highways within the corporate limits of the city unless such person holds a valid chauffeur's license.
