Section 10.08.030 Possession of license.

Every licensee shall have his or her operator's or chauffeur's license in his or her immediate possession at all times when operating a motor vehicle and shall display the same upon demand of a police judge or police officer. However, no person charged with violating this section shall be convicted if he/she produces in court or the office of the arresting officer an operator's of chauffeur's license theretofore issued to him or her and valid at the time of his or her arrest.
