Section 10.08.050 Violation--Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00) or to imprisonment in the city jail for not exceeding ninety (90) days, or to both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 10.05.050)
