A.    Carry out and enforce all the provisions and amendments of Chapters 10.12, 10.16 and 10.24;

    B.    Have authority to make out and issue citations for violations of Chapters 10.12, 10.16 and 10.24;

    C.    Keep and maintain records of all citations for violations issued and actions taken in the course of duties; and

    D.    Make complaints in city court for violations of Chapters 10.12, 10.16 and 10.24, and attend and testify in court when required. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 10.01.100)
