Section 10.12.030 Improper parking.
It is unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop, stand
or park such vehicle:
A. Parallel to the driving lane in
a marked and designated angle parking area;
B. On an angle to the driving lane
in a marked and designated parallel parking area; or
C. Occupying more than one marked
and designated space in any parking area. (Ord. 131
