Section 10.12.040 Motor truck and other vehicle parking.
It is unlawful for the operator of any truck, truck-tractor, recreational vehicle,
trailer, semi-trailer, or bus in excess of sixteen thousand (16,000) GVW to stop, stand or park such
vehicle on
any street or alley in a residential district in the city except in the cases of:
A. Emergency;
B. Reasonable and expeditious loading or unloading;
C. Buses parked in a designated bus stop;
D. Construction, repair, service calls, or moving household
