Section 10.12.080 Restriction of parking in ninety minute parking zones.
It is unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to stop,
stand or park such vehicle for a
period longer than ninety (90) minutes between the hours of eight a.m. and six p.m. on any day
except Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays within any area which has been so marked and
