Chapter 10.12 PARKING


Section 10.12.090 Exemption from ninety minute parking zones.

    Residents who reside within areas that have been designated as ninety (90) minute parking areas in accordance with Section 10.12.080 may be deemed exempt from the ninety (90) minute parking regulations within that area. Residents may be granted this exemption by the city council. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 10.03.450)
