Section 10.12.130 Penalties--Parking violations.

    A.    For any person pleading guilty to or convicted of overtime parking of a motor vehicle in accordance with Section 10.12.080, the fine shall be five dollars ($5.00) per offense.
    B.    For any person pleading guilty to or convicted of improper parking of a motor vehicle in accordance with Section 10.12.030, the fine shall be ten dollars ($10.00) per offense.
    C.    For any person pleading guilty to or convicted of restricted parking of a motor vehicle in accordance with Section 10.12.020, the fine shall be not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) per offense.
    D.    For any person pleading guilty to or convicted of illegally parking of a motor vehicle in a signed handicapped space in accordance with Section to 10.12.110 the fine shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per offense.
    E.    For any person pleading guilty to or convicted of illegally parking a motor truck or other large vehicle in accordance with Section 10.12.040, the fine shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per offense.
    F.    Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter not designated in subsections A through E of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00).
    G.    Any city employee authorized to enforce this parking ordinance shall also have authority to boot, seize, incapacitate, tow or store any vehicle which is parked or standing illegally, either for safety or enforcement purposes, or both.
