Section 10.16.010 "U" turns unlawful on certain designated streets.
It is unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to turn such
vehicle so as to proceed in the
opposite direction or park on the opposite side of the street in the area bounded by and including
First, State, Pinckney, and Fourth Streets, in the city. (Prior code § 10.12.010)
