Section 10.16.020 Position of parked vehicle.

All parked vehicles parked within designated parking areas or places within the city limits the city shall be positioned so that the front of the vehicle is facing the curb where angle parking is designated and the front of the vehicle is to be pointing in the direction of traffic on the right side of the street where parallel parking is designated.
