Section 10.16.040 Unlawful to obstruct clear view visions at intersections with First Street.
It is unlawful for any property owner to maintain or permit
any fence, building, structure,
sign, marker, or other obstruction to be in place so that the same obstructs the visibility of
motorists and pedestrians approaching any intersection with First Street in the city limits of the
