Section 10.24.020 Riding in the downtown parking business district.
It is unlawful to ride a bicycle, skateboard, scooter, unicycle,
or wheeled conveyance on any
sidewalk in the downtown parking business district of the city, the downtown parking business
district being defined in Chapter 10.12 of this code. Any bicycle, skateboard, scooter, unicycle,
or wheeled conveyance being propelled on the sidewalk in the downtown parking business
district must be walked alongside of and be in complete control, so as not to injure any person or
