Section 10.24.030 Registration and licensing.
A. Any bicycle operated within the
city limits of the city must be registered through the
police department of the city by application for registration.
B. A bicycle registration certificate
will be issued, including thereon the name, address and
telephone number of the owner of such bicycle, the date the certificate was issued, and a
complete description of the conveyance.
C. Each registration certificate will
include a transfer or assignment form so that the
registration certificate is transferable to a subsequent owner. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code §
