Section 10.24.050 Exceptions.

This chapter does not apply to wheelchairs, whether motorized or human propelled, used by someone who must use it because he or she is not ambulatory, nor shall this apply to baby carriages and strollers. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 10.10.050)
