Chapter 12.04 SIDEWALK AND CURB CONSTRUCTION


Section 12.04.010 Authority of city council.

    Whenever it is deemed necessary to construct any sidewalk or curb in the city, the city council may, by an order duly made and entered upon its minutes, order the construction of such sidewalk or curb, specifying in such order, the name of the street along which and the number of the lot or lots, and the block in front of which such sidewalk or curb is to be constructed. Sidewalks shall be installed for all new construction. (Ord. 165 (part), 2000: prior code § 12.02.010)
