Section 12.04.040 Duty of owner.

It shall be the duty of the owner of any premises or property within the city limits to maintain the public sidewalks and curbs adjoining their premises or property in good, safe and substantial condition and repair, and the owners shall see that all breaks and unsoundness of any character resulting from natural deterioration or from any other cause whatsoever, are repaired.
