Chapter 12.04 SIDEWALK AND CURB CONSTRUCTION


Section 12.04.090 Unlawful use of sidewalk.

    It is unlawful for any person or persons to drive any vehicle of any kind upon, over, or across any sidewalk or curb or to ride or drive or cause to be driven any horse, cow or other animal upon, over or across any sidewalk or curb, or to in any manner mark, deface or destroy any sidewalk or curb, or cause the same to be done.
