Section 12.04.130 Application--Approval by director of public works.

Before approving the improvements and issuing the permit required by Section 12.04.110, the director of public works shall determine that the proposed improvement is in conformance with the provisions and standards set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 165 (part), 2000: prior code § 12.02.243)
