Section 12.04.140 Application--Contents.
A. The hardship statement required by Section 12.04.160
shall set forth fully the uses to be
made of the property for which the application is made and shall contain:
1. A detailed recitation of the specific circumstances
affecting such property which will result
in hardship;
2. A listing of the number of on-street parking spaces
which shall be lost if the application is
granted.
B. There shall be attached to each such application presented
to the zoning board of
adjustments a statement of the opinions and recommendations of the director of public works. The
board shall hold a public hearing on each such application at which time the applicant may appear
and be heard. The board may order the application approved and the permit granted; or may deny
the application and the issuance of a permit for less than the curb cut, driveway or other crossing
of
the public sidewalk sought by the applicant. (Ord. 165 (part), 2000: prior code § 12.02.244)
