Section 12.04.150 Approval of curb cuts onto city right-of-way.
A. All applications for curb cuts onto any city right-of-way
shall be referred to the director of
public works's office for approval.
B. Upon approval by the director of public works, a permit
shall be required before
construction can begin.
C. Curb cuts shall conform to Section 12.04.220. Any
deviation from this section must be
