Section 12.04.160 Application--Hardship statement.

All applications for curb cuts, driveways, roadways or crossings over, on and across public sidewalks which shall not meet the criteria established by this chapter because the width applied for is in excess of that allowable, or because the total footage in the curb cuts, driveways or crossings, including that applied for, serving the property for which application is made exceeds one-third of the total front footage of this property on any street or streets, or because the property has an existing crossing or crossings, driveways or roadways in excess of that allowable pursuant to this chapter, shall be considered by the zoning board of adjustments, and shall have attached a statement by the applicant showing what hardship is to be worked upon the applicant by failure to grant the application.
