Section 12.04.170 Construction--Generally.

All driveway approaches between back of curb and the property line shall be constructed of normal portland cement, AASHO M-85 Type I, except where no sidewalk exists. The concrete placed within the driveway approach and the sidewalk section shall be six inches thick for residential and commercial approaches. If sidewalks must be removed and replaced to accommodate the driveway, saw cutting of the concrete to a depth of no less than twenty-five (25) percent of the total thickness is required to ensure neat line removal.
