Section 12.04.240 City rights-of-way--Vehicles to be parked within private property lines.

City rights-of-way may not be used for private or commercial purposes unless such use is specifically authorized by this code or a use permit is issued by the director of public works. A permit for the construction of driveway approaches shall not be issued unless vehicles to be served or serviced can be parked entirely within the private property lines.
