Chapter 12.04 SIDEWALK AND CURB CONSTRUCTION


Section 12.04.260 Adequate and reasonable access.

    Any and all pedestrian crosswalks constructed or replaced after July 1, 1976, are to provide adequate and reasonable access for the safe and convenient movement of physically handicapped persons, including those in wheelchairs. (Ord. 165 (part), 2000: prior code § 12.04.010)
