Chapter 12.04 SIDEWALK AND CURB CONSTRUCTION


Section 12.04.270 Construction of curbs and crosswalks.

    Any and all curbs and crosswalks constructed or replaced after July 1, 1976, are to be constructed in conformity with the "Standard Wheelchair Ramp" as approved by the Montana Director of Highways, a diagram of which is attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter and made a part of the same.
