Section 12.04.280 Violations--Penalty.
On or after July 1, 1976, all applications for permits to construct or replace
curbs and pedestrian
crosswalks must include assurance of compliance with the provisions of this chapter and any person
violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars
($10.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) each day and which any act or condition
prohibited shall be done, exist or continue shall be constituted a separate offense. (Ord. 165 (part),
