Section 12.04.310 Total costs to be assessed against premises.

The total costs of all sidewalks and curbs constructed by any contractor, or that may be repaired by the director of public works, or other authorized person, in accordance with the orders of the city council, or in the maintenance of sidewalks or curbs (which total cost shall include that of the sidewalk and curb proper, as well as that of any notice, publication, inspection, grade, fill, hand railing, manholes, manhole covers, trap doors, private crossings, and all other necessary expenditure) shall be assessed as a special tax against the property in front of or along which any sidewalk or curb, or repairs thereon shall be made.
