Section 12.04.320 Sidewalks to conform to grade.

All sidewalks and curbs must conform with the established grade and sidewalk lines to the satisfaction of the director of public works, or other authorized person, and it is unlawful for any person or persons to build or construct any sidewalk or curb until the proper grade therefor and the lines therefor shall have been established and marked upon the ground by the director of public works or other authorized person.
