Section 12.08.040 Permit fee.

Any person making application for permit to excavate in any public right-of-way or public utility easement shall pay the minimum sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) fee per street crossing, two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) fee per ditch running the length of a city block, plus fifty dollars ($50.00) fee for crossing an intersection. Revenue from these fees shall be credited to the general fund. (Ord. 155 (part), 1999: prior code § 12.03.040)
