B. Asphaltic surface cutting shall be done with a jackhammer
with spade bit or motor patrol
with cutting tool or concrete saw to the same requirements cited above. A permittee may use a
backhoe bucket in removal of asphaltic surface; square cutting of asphaltic surface to follow
backfill operation with area to be square cut marked by the public works director or designated
