Section 12.08.140 Special improvement district.
The following shall apply to special improvement districts:
A. Warranty period for street excavations, settlements,
and repair of the surfacing shall be two
years from the date of acceptance of the project.
B. Contractors and subcontractors performing excavations
for special improvement districts
shall conform to the specifications and contract documents for that special improvement district in
lieu of the engineering construction requirements of the above sections.
C. Permits shall be obtained and fees paid for the permits
for each individual water and sewer
service connection if such fees have not been paid previously. Permits for gas, electrical and
communication services shall be obtained by the utility companies. Respective permit fee shall be
as cited in the above sections.
Any violation of this chapter is unlawful and the penalties shall be those as
provided in Section
