Section 12.12.050 Regulations.
No private signs, eaves, fences or similar devices will be allowed to encroach
on the private
rights-of-way within the incorporated limits of the city of Hamilton, except as provided herein and
then only by agreement issued by the city of Hamilton and the agreement is revocable on thirty (30)
days notice by the city of Hamilton to the property owner. (Ord. 143 (part), 1999)
