Section 12.12.060 Exceptions.
This chapter does not, however, and shall not be construed to prohibit:
A. Occupancy of rights-of-way by utilities as authorized
by law, ordinance or other local
procedures.
B. Occupancy or activities expressly authorized by ordinance,
regulations, license or permit.
1. Private noncommercial use and maintenance of the area
adjacent to sidewalks and curbs by
abutting property owners for planting trees, shrubs and grass and similar uses provided such use.
2. Fences as permitted within Title 17 of the Hamilton
