Section 12.12.090 Encroachment--Permit required.

Any person or contractor requesting a permit to establish or maintain an encroachment into the public right-of-way of permitted items shall obtain an encroachment permit to allow for such encroachment. A processing fee shall be established by the city council by resolution and shall be paid by any applicant for any permit requested. (Ord. 143 (part), 1999)
