Section 12.12.100 Investigation fee.
A. Investigation. Whenever any encroachment permit application
has been submitted to the
city an investigation of site shall be preformed by city staff to evaluate such request for an
encroachment permit.
B. Fee. An investigation fee shall be established by
the city council by resolution and, in
addition to the encroachment permit fee, shall be collected whether or not a encroachment permit is
subsequently issued. The investigation fee shall be established by the city council by resolution.
The payment of such investigation fee shall not exempt any person from compliance with all other
provisions of this code nor from any penalty prescribed by law. (Ord. 143 (part), 1999)
