Chapter 12.16 PARKWAYS AND TREES*


Section 12.16.040 Board powers and duties.

    The parks board shall have the following powers and duties:
    A.    Make recommendations to the city of Hamilton council concerning policies, programs and decisions relating to city trees and vegetation. (Ord. 195 (part), 2002)
