Section 12.16.150 Landscaping required for new development.

Trees and vegetation included in the landscaping for all-residential developments and new commercial developments shall be consistent with city zoning ordinances. The office of community development and the city parks and recreation department shall jointly review all landscaping plans. (Ord. 195 (part), 2002)
