Section 12.16.230 Removal of public nuisance.

Any tree, or vegetation in any public area or private property, that becomes a public nuisance as defined in Section 18.16.010 of the city of Hamilton Municipal Code may be ordered removed by the director and shall be so removed by the property owner pursuant to Section 12.16.100 of the city of Hamilton Municipal Code.
