Section 12.24.010 Acceptance.

All that tract of land lying west of the city of Hamilton, Montana, a deed of which has been made to the city of Hamilton, by the Anaconda Copper Mining Company, such tract of land having heretofore and now is used as a cemetery, is accepted as a cemetery for the burial of the human dead, and control thereof is hereby assumed by the city  of Hamilton, and the same shall be governed, managed, and controlled as herein provided in this chapter.
