Section 12.24.030 Duty of city clerk.
It shall be the duty of the city clerk to keep such books and records as may, from time to time
be
required by the city council, and the city clerk shall make a full and complete report of
all
monies received and/or paid out, that may come into the cemetery. (Ord. 213 (part), 2003: Ord.
