Section 12.24.040 Duty of city treasurer.
The city treasurer shall receive all monies which may have been appropriated to, or in any other
manner received, for the use in any way whatsoever, of the Riverview Cemetery. All such funds
shall be kept in a separate account to be known as the "Riverview Cemetery fund of the city of
Hamilton," and may not be used for any other purpose whatsoever.
The city treasurer shall pay all orders drawn on him or her signed by the mayor and
