Section 12.24.050 Cash donations.
Any person may deposit with the city treasurer any sum not less than five dollars ($5.00) for
the
purpose of being used and expended by the city in and about the care, repair or ornamentation of
any lot, lots, or portion thereof, in the cemetery by the depositor in writing designated, and all
such monies shall be expended for the purpose and in the manner by the depositor designated
where the expenditure of such funds are to be in agreement with the city council. Ord. 213 (part),
