Section 12.24.060 Schedules, regulations and establishment of fees, costs and other expenditures relating to the operation of Riverview Cemetery.
A. The executive committee shall from time to time submit to the city council reports
designating the value of each cemetery lot or lots or a portion thereof, and establishing the
operating fees, costs, charges, and other expenditures to regulate the operation of Riverview
Cemetery.
B. The city council shall adopt by resolution a schedule of charges for cemetery services
and
sales. When such amounts are established and set, no sale, transfer or other activity relating to
Riverview Cemetery shall be accomplished without payment of the established charge, value,
